Not necessarily. Corvin can design effective programs for home environments with minimal equipment (resistance bands, dumbbells, bodyweight), as well as full gym setups. During the discovery call, you'll discuss what equipment you have access to and the program will be built around that.
Corvin specializes in adaptive and corrective training. His Custom Modifications program is specifically designed for clients dealing with injuries, chronic pain, mobility restrictions, or other physical limitations. Please disclose any medical conditions during the discovery call so the program can be designed safely. Always consult your physician before beginning a new exercise program if you have medical concerns.
Most clients notice improvements in energy, strength, and body composition within 3?4 weeks of consistent training. More significant body composition changes typically become visible at the 6?8 week mark. The 12-Week Transformation Program is specifically benchmarked with before/after assessments at weeks 4, 8, and 12. Results vary based on starting point, adherence, and nutrition.
Absolutely. Many of Corvin's clients use a hybrid approach ? training in-person during the week and switching to virtual when traveling or during scheduling conflicts. Flexibility is a core part of how Corvin works.
Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session time are subject to a 50% late-cancel fee. No-shows forfeit the session. Corvin understands life happens ? this policy is simply to respect both parties' time.
Yes. Corvin offers a 10% discount for active military, veterans, first responders, and full-time students with valid identification. Please mention this during your discovery call or in your contact form message.
Corvin accepts all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and cash for in-person sessions. Session packages must be paid in full before the first session. Monthly remote coaching plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
